Great time in the country!

We went to see my parents last week. My grandma and uncle were able to join us for a day so they could play with Kami and meet Brennan. Kami had a blast, as did all of us. Kami had a great time playing with Nana and Papa, looking for "clues" and even riding one of my dad's horses.

Brennan is growing like a weed. We "unofficially" measured and weighed him, and were we surprised. At birth, he was 7 lbs 8 oz and 20.25 inches long. At 5 and 1/2 weeks, he was 10 lbs 8 oz and 22 inches long. Of course I'm not sure how accurate those stats are, but WOW! What a growth spurt. He's smiling all the time and talking up a storm. Everyday his head and neck get stronger, so he's getting pretty good at holding his head up already.

Kami is looking for "clues" (footprints in this particular case). If you look closely by her head, you can see the magnifying glass. She didn't find any footprints, but did find a potato chip.
