Winter wonderland!

My Christmas wish has come true. The only thing I really wanted for Christmas was snow, and we finally have some. I am so excited. This is one of my favorite times of year, and it's not complete without snow. Last night we took the kids and went to look at Christmas lights. Sometime this week we will head down to the Denver Zoo to check out Zoo Lights. I can't wait, and I know Kami will have a blast.

We finally got our Christmas tree up, after Pat tried to cut his finger off (he's doing better). So far, Kami hasn't bothered it too much. We'll see what happens when I put the presents under the tree.

Pat shoveling the driveway. I want to add that I shoveled last time it snowed, so this time it was his turn.
Check out Pat's awesome "shoveling pants" (aka pajama pants).
Kami and Brennan before we went out to look at Christmas lights. Kami is wearing her monkey backpack leash (don't worry, we put her jacket on before we left the house).
Our Christmas tree.
Kami helped decorate the tree. She put a few ornaments on, but mostly said "I can't do it. You do it Mama/Dada".

Very cute pictures! We haven't had to shovel yet in Lincoln...just dang cold! Yesterday's high was 12 with below zero wind chill. BURRR!
