I have set some weight loss/exercise goals for myself, and thought I would post them. In addition to my husband, it will make me accountable to all my family and friends who read this. After all, I would be embarrassed if I had to blog about how much weight I didn't lose or how much I gained. This way, it'll make me work even harder. Anyway, here are my goals.
Lose 30 lbs
Decrease my bodyfat to 20%
Run in the Horsetooth Half Marathon in April
Run the Iowa Dam to Dam 20K the end of May
I am starting today and will post results every Monday. My smaller goal is to have half the weight and body fat gone by the end of January. Have a healthy day!
