On Sunday, we went for a hike around Long Lake in the Indian Peaks Wilderness. We took the Jean Lunning Trail, which was beautiful. The whole "hike" was 3.2 miles and the kids did great. Kami walked about 99% of it and Brennan walked about 50%...not too bad. I feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful area and to have our kids share our love of the outdoors. As the kids get older, our time in the mountains will only get better!

A great weekend with great friends!
This past weekend we went to our second annual Nedfest in Nederland, CO. This year we had five families making the short trek up to Nederland to enjoy wonderful bluegrass music. Everyone had a great time and the kids got along great. I can't wait until next year!

Noah and Kami patiently waiting for the bouncy house to be blown up.
Our groups camp...HUGE!
Brennan loved the little slides.

Click on the picture to see the rain (it only rained for awhile).
You can't tell, but Brennan is filthy...
