Hello everybody!

We are back from our adventures in Iowa. Everyone had a great time. Pat and I played in his cousin's annual Memorial Day weekend golf tournament. It was only the second time I've played golf, but I had fun (and my team even came in second). We were able to relax for the rest of the week. Last Saturday we ran in Iowa's distance classic, The Dam to Dam. Pat's brother and sister ran in the 20K (I ran it last year) and Pat and I ran the 5K. I felt really good and was able to run the whole time (I ran it in under 36 minutes which isn't bad for a pregnant lady).

Kami had a great time playing with all her cousins. She was quite the bully, though, as she pushed her little cousin down many times. She didn't get to play outside as much as I had wanted. It rained quite a bit and was windy so we stayed inside. We had quite the adventure on the way home, though. The total drive is about 9 hours, so we split it into two days. We stayed in Nebraska on Sunday night. After getting our room, we let Kami run around for a little bit and then put her to bed in the pack-n-play. She cried for a little bit, we heard a rustling and then she was walking across the floor. The little turkey had learned to crawl out, which provides me with a small dilema. We are staying in Estes Park in July with Pat's family for a week, and I'm left wondering what to do with Kami's sleeping situation. I have found a PeaPod travel tent, and have read great reviews. Has anyone used it or known someone who has one? Any other ideas? I'm open to anything.

The pregnancy is going well. I have my 2o week ultrasound on Monday. It's hard to believe I'm already half way through. When we left for Iowa, I had a small bump. As the week progressed, my belly seemed to have grown exponentially (I will post a picture next week). I am feeling the baby move everyday and am starting to have feelings that it's a boy, but who knows. All I can hope for is continued health for both me and the baby.

I hope everyone is doing well. I'll post pictures of our house and give you an update tomorrow.
