A few more entries, so keep reading.
This year we went to my parents in Wyoming for Easter, and by the sounds of it, we had better weather than Ft. Collins. Although windy the first day, the sun was out and the rest of the days turned out to be beautiful. The kids had lots of activities to do. They dyed eggs, played outside, hunted for Easter eggs, rode on tractors and even got to help on ditch burning day. My grandma and uncle were able to join us as well. Pat helped my dad get a few projects done and I was able to get in a couple of training runs. I forgot my
ipod, so I ran to the sounds of the wind and the cows (slightly boring, but not as bad as I thought it would be).
Crazy to think (and not even close to the subject of Easter), but I have been training for over 17 weeks for my second marathon on May 1st. I can't believe its almost here. If you would have asked me while in high school if I would ever run that far, I would have thought you were crazy...turns out I'm the crazy one:)

Dying eggs with Nana.

Kami did a great job decorating the table for our Easter lunch.

Checking out the Easter loot. Thank you Nana and Grandma
Beege.

Mowing the lawn (especially without blades) is hard work. This boy needs a drink.

Hunting for Easter eggs...inside!

Check out my eggs.

Whatever, check out mine!

Since my grandma and crew came on Saturday, Sunday was ditch burning day. It's almost that time of year when my dad gets ready to irrigate for his hay, so we have to burn all the dead grass out of the ditch so the water can run through. The kids and I are getting ready to ride the 4-wheeler to the field to be the fireman (you always need one of those handy in case the wind blows the fire out of hand).

But first, they had to find the eggs that were hidden outside in the wood pile.

This is Pat working hard watching the fire.
Crowheart Butte is in the background.

Brennan and Daddy checking out the progress.
