Estes Park Winter Festival

Yesterday we loaded up the kids and headed to Estes Park for the Winter Festival. Complete with ice sculptures, games, pony rides, live music, booths, wine, beer and chili there was something for everyone. The kids had a great time playing the games, checking out the ice castle maze and dancing to the music! After dinner, we headed to the fair grounds to check out the hot air balloon glow. Unfortunately, the wind was blowing so the balloon pilots didn't put the balloons on, so they just had a candlestick glow (where they just blew the fire out of the basket). I've said this many times, and I'll say it again...I LOVE ESTES PARK!!!!
In front of the ice castle.
Inside the maze.
The kids were too busy playing to stop and smile for the camera.
Kami playing Penguin Ring Toss.
Brennan checking out the other games.
Dancing to the music.
Pony rides.
Kami loved them.
More ice castle maze. Pat had heard the sculptors didn't finish the castle until midnight the night before the festival opened.
Candlestick Glow at the fairgrounds.
